Our composite technology is based on an innovative process that allows us to create products that are both lightweight and robust. We employ a well-established molding methodology, called “open mold processes”, which involves applying a layer of gel coat to a prepared surface, followed by the application of composites. The laminate layers are then added to build up the desired size and strength
Additional layers of laminate are added to build thickness and strength as desired. Air is then rolled out of the laminate by hand and the part is left to cure. In addition to reinforcements, core materials can be added to stiffen the laminate without adding significant weight
